Running into the sunrise 08.23

I woke up at 5 am to send out a few emails to some companies on the east coast. After everything was done, I decided to go for a run with a friend. It was still dreary when we walked out. The streets were empty and trash strew everywhere after last night's parties. We ran fast into the hills.

As we turned around a corner, we were stunned by the sunrise that all of a sudden showed up. The sun lights brightened up the woods around us. The leaves turned nearly translucent like green crystals as the sun shone through.

Sunrise and friends. What a great morning to start another hard-working day. Cheer!
